SACRED POWER CO-INVENTORS DAVE S. MELTON, PRESIDENT/CEO AND ODES ARMIJO CASTER, VICE PRESIDENT/COO RECEIVES US PATENT NO. 7,469,541 B1 FOR PORTABLE POWER SYSTEM

Albuquerque, NM - The United States Patent and Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent No. 7,469,541 B1 covering Sacred Power’s Portable Power Systems on December 30, 2008.

"The patent will provide Sacred Power with considerable market protection from the competitive renewable energy technology market," said co-inventor Dave S. Melton, President/CEO.

The Patent Firm, Peacock & Adams; Deborah A. Peacock assisted Sacred Power in attaining the patent.The patent covers Sacred Power’s portable systems comprising of renewable sun and wind energy technology such as the SP-Hybrids and the system options associated with the units.

The SP HYBRIDs are designed as photovoltaic (PV) primary, generator secondary type power systems using the best components that are available on the market. They are maintenance free, fully automated, and ready to be delivered to remote sites for immediate use. PV sizes range from 600 watt up to 1980 watts VDC per peak sun hour.

"A key advantage of the invention is the portability and the continuous, uninterrupted energy to remote sites immediately upon delivery,” said co-inventor Odes Armijo Caster, Vice President/COO.

The patented technology is already lighting up homes and providing power for telecommunication systems in remote areas all across the US.
