The
SP 1200
Solar/hybrid
Mobile Power Unit
|
The primary source of energy produced by the
SP1200 is provided for by the sun. Each day as the sun rises in
the east, the built- in tracking array, adjusts and locks in on
the sun's position and follows that position throughout the day,
maximizing the output of the photovoltaic modules mounted thereon.
The photovoltaic modules convert the sunlight into DC electricity
which is stored in batteries located in a temperature controlled
enclosure. The stored DC electricity is then converted to AC electricity
by utilizing a state-of-the-art power conditioning unit. Thus power
is provided to the home or building. In times of little or no sun,
a high grade propane generator is activated automatically compensating
for the reduction in solar radiation.

Beyond Power & Telecommunications
|
Finally a product that takes the best of all
technologies, Solar, Wind, Back-up Gas Generation, Sat-com, Digital
Satellite Technology and incorporates it into one pre-manufactured
Stand Alone Unit.
Our system, designated the SP1200, is designed
to be a high-powered renewable energy hybrid using the best subsystems
that are available on the market. It is made to be delivered to
remote sites and be immediately ready for use. It is designed to
be maintenance free and fully automated. Its normal, continuous
power output is 2.5kW/hour.
We believe we have succeeded where others have
failed because of the large amount of power that is available from
our system, at a relatively low cost.
Over 10,000 homes on Native American lands are
currently without power or communications. The SP1200 is the solution
and could provide for these basic needs that other Americans take
for granted every day. Children from these communities would not
only have light to read by, but also be able to access the Internet,
watch educational programs and have a healthy snack from the refrigerator
after school each day. Family income would increase if livestock
and handmade items could be sold directly over the Internet to buyers
instead of being sold to marketers for pennies on the dollar. With
a communication system intact, medical emergencies could be dealt
with more promptly. The benefits are too numerous to mention.
